By using StrikeViews you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not financial advice
StrikeViews is an educational calculation and journaling tool. Nothing herein is financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Options involve risk, including loss of principal.
3. License
Subject to purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use StrikeViews.
4. Refunds
Our 90-day "Make a Trade" guarantee: place 10 trades (paper or live); if you are net negative and the app did not help you manage them, contact us with screenshots for a full refund. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's / Google's standard refund processes.
5. Data & BYOK
You supply your own data-provider API keys. You are responsible for those providers' terms and costs.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages.
